I am an artist who designs learning spaces and facilitates generative dialogues for collaboration and co-creation. As a dialogue weaver and participatory leadership trainer, I am passionate about designing unique and powerful leadership training programs and workshops that focus on generative conversations to inspire creativity and innovation. My programs are designed to help individuals and teams gain clarity, strengthen teamwork, and be enlivened through creative instruments of leadership. The training programs/ courses can also be designed to align to university studies in educational leadership, education for change and building sustainable cultures in higher education environments besides teaching and learning in diverse environments.I draw on my diverse experience as a university teacher, leadership researcher, dialogue weaver , event manager, story teller and culinary educator to craft a learning experience that will leave you feeling energized and empowered.
